Hi,
I have been taking Zyprexa 17.5 mg for 12 years.
My main problems now are anxiety, OCD, and lack of energy.
What can I add to Zyprexa to give me more energy, but not increase anxiety or cause insomnia?
It would be nice to help the OCD too.
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks

If you have OCD symptoms, adding an SSRI or clomipramine would make sense
To get an energy boost and help your OCD i would be inclined to try the following
Welbutrin XL 300mg in the morning
Zoloft 100-200mg in the morningYour Zyprexa at night

Time release Adderall with Clonazepam. That combo can get rid, mostly, of the lack of energy. Clonazepam to chill and Adderall to focus.
I guess Provigil or Nuvigil might work but they were useless to me.
I'm sure you will get some good responses here. I'm no expert but I've managed to keep myself alive for thirty years of treatment.
Many meds help some but not all as you know. The reason I like stims and clonazepam is because there's no guessing. They do what they are supposed to do and stims work like right now.
Good luck. Or this...http://www.dr-bob.org/cgi-bin/pb/babble.pl
