I read back in old article medical journals of sedation therapy with people who where mentally disturbed and had nothing else but to sedate them into sleep....or a terminal illness that the pain is intolerable....

Palliative means comfort measures of those that are terminally ill for a painfree and comfortable demise. Used quite frequently in cancer which is terminal. Phillipa

If I can't get to feeling better soon I think I'll need palliastive sedation therapy.
I just want to be able to at least have a halfway intellectual/interesting conversation with someone again.
But I avoid people because I feel so empty and have a blank reaction to conversations.
