they have legal stuff here in the US....there's a website of herbal psychoactives.....they use WIERD stuff, plants usally...but its not like the main hard core acid.
I think people like to get altered states of counciouness....but I think when someone is always altered, that's addiction. Still this stuff...I googled it this is what I came across:
