You were the first babbler that responded to me,and engaged me. You made me feel welcome here and you have always been sincerely interested in what I have to say. If no one answers a thread Ive started, you do. I appreciate that!

Gadchick Thank you. I try to check the boards inbetween things. I find you to be an inspiration to me. You have worked things out and have managed to accept changes in your life and still remain on a low dose of klonopin. And I do like you. Thanks It's so nice to know you can be appreciated. And hey you aren't too bad yourself!!!! P

Thanks,P,for telling me that I inspire you. That really makes me happy. But its easy to be happy when everything in my life is going so well these days...I do know that I have that tendency to depression and anxiety if anything happens to unsettle me. I hate the knowing,of what it feels like when you go there, and I definately never want to experience it again. So, thanks for making me feel welcome here:)

Hurrah for Phillipa!! We all owe her a great deal! » gadchik

You know, come to think of it, Phillipa, you werer the first babbler that responded to me, too, and you made me feel so welcome. You always have some bit of advice or sympathy to offer everyone here....I think we ought to consider Babbler Awards, and Phillipa, you would be the Queen of Babble, hands down!!! Hurrah for Phillipa!!!!!
Seriously, thank you Phillipa for everything you do here on Babble. You're the best!

gadchik, I also want to throw in a big thank-you to you...you are probably the nicest person I have met here on babble (well, you share that title with Phillipa ;)....but seriously, there have been times when I have been SOOOO down, and sure enough, I get a response from you that is just what I needed to hear, and you're so nice when you say it. You truly do seem to have a sixth sense about people who are hurting. If you are not a counselor or therapist and ever consider trying a second career, I think those would be perfect for you. So thank you for all you've done for me. And I'm SO happy to hear that life is going good for you - here's to it continuing for a long, long, long time! thanks again :)

Thanks so much,Kat! I think of you as the great communicator. You can express yourself so eloquently, even when youre sliding down the mountain,so to speak.I do always want to tell babblers positive things, and P is the same. But sometimes,I know I can sound too much like a cheerleader,so Ive tried to hold back a little. However, I was able to claw my way out of a psychotic depression, and it wasnt by pills alone. Theres alot of personal hard work required to beat it.

And I started this thread because I thought Phillipa should know these things!

You must be one tough cheerleader to have clawed your way out of a psychotic depression with out meds alone. I am impressed, and happy for you :)

I completely agree! What would Babble be without Phillipa? She is amazing and deserves to know it :)
