Hi all, Hope you are doing well..
For a long time I have had EXTREME EXTREME Hyper Hydrosis (probably due to long term psycho actives and some people just get it). I dunno if you understand though, like even in fairly cool weather (25 deg C) after a little walk there is sweat streaming down my face, I wipe it away and more just comes back, my skin is literally like a wet sponge all day and my friends always say I stink, which doesn't help my Social Anxiety.
Anyways I looked into it (obviously I need to loose some weight) but this is unbearable. I looked into it and found to two pills Probanthein, and,, I forget the other, they are Anticholonergics and they work ok, only problem is they only have like a 2 hr half life and they make your mouth almost as dry as your body.
Apparently surgery is an option, but if anyone knows of a drug that has a decent half-life I would REALLY appreciate your help.
Regards.

Dfrichlor antiperspirant can be used on the armpite, hands etc - not sure what could be done for the face apart from weight loss, keeping cool and anticholinergic drugs

I wouldn't say 25C is cool weather, not if you're exercising or walking. If you can find something that works while causing dry mouth, I can tell you that dry mouth is not the end of the world. I've been on parnate for nearly three years and it gives me terrible dry mouth, and I'm a lecturer, so having my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth creates problems. I constantly carry water and take little sips whenever my mouth gets too dry. I use a special dry-mouth toothpaste and rinse to reduce bacteria that saliva would usually wash away. I've learned to live with it. You find ways to cope.

25 degrees celsius is not cool weather here. lol. Here it's hot weather, but then again I live in Ottawa where it was negative 21 degrees the other night (feels like negative 27 with windchill).
Even when it's just below zero here, a bit of walking will make me sweat. I've been known to walk without a jacket at fairly warm temperatures of 1 or 2 degrees below zero.
I think Botox can help, like Philipa suggested.

And it is heading this way.
