Hey buddy, sorry it took me a while to respond to the thread i started
One thing that occured to me after reading about your reactions to meds is that Lexapro helped you apart from the SSRi side effects - and that it might be worth combining lexapro with bupropion (Welbutrin) or reboxetine (Edronax) to help with drive, socialisation and motivation.
Welbutrinis only avaliable as the quit smoking aid Zyban in Australia, and so is very expensive, but it can easily be obtained from the US @ about $120 for 3 months treatment. This is quite legal if you have a prescription.
You could also take a low dose tricyclic (say doxepin 25mg) at bedtime for sleep.

This should help your ADHD as well as the depression/OCD and anxiety.
What Scott said about prazosin is certainly qworth thinking about, I'd be doing a theraputic trial of it if i were you.

thanks a lot, Jono and don't worry about the delay. I'll definitely keep the suggestion in mind when considering what to try next.
This is the end of the thread.
