is it worth taking a multivitamin? like maybe it helps reduce anxiety.

I don't think it reduces anxiety but I know or think I need one don't eat a lot Phillipa

For 5 cents a day, a generic multivitamin is a very cheap nutritional insurance policy, but I wouldnt expect massive improvements in mood or anxiey from it, it is just a supplement to ensure the body has all the micronutrients it needs to run efficiently.
Subclinical deficiencies of certain vitamins and minerals arnt uncommon, so I think a Twinlab Daily One with dinner is the best 10 cents I could spend.
