I have been taking Nardil for almost 4 WEEKS now and yesteredy I upped my dosage from 45 to 60. I also take 150mg of Lyrica (at evening).
Yesterday I took my first pill of 100 mg Provigil for the first time ever. A few hours after that, I felt more tired and sleepy as commonly and I also felt a little bit of headache and later, towards to end of the day I felt irritated and I was totally exhausted and tired !
This morning I felt still dizzy and sleepy + tired and moreover I had problems with a concentaction in terms of blurred vision, fogging... or something like in this sense. I have also drunk a very strong coffee but I still feel tired - sleepy and dizzy ( I did not take any modafinil this morning).I do not understand this paradoxical reaction. I got a script for Modafinil mostly due to fatigue and tiredness on Nardil and Lyrica, but after I have tried modafinil, it seems even wore as without it.
Why do I got paradoxical reactions?
Are these side effects only TEMPORARY or PERMANENTLY ?Anyone have this problem or ? Any advice on this ?
Thanks

i know about this....i've taken stimulants and they took effect but I just felt like laying in the bed, sometimes with anxiety, but feeling like sh*t and doing nothing. And then if you keep drinking coffee it just causes anxiety and no energy. I have had this alot over the years.
Sometimes, and I don't know this to be true is to take a sedative with stimulants when this happens because it relaxes or inhibits stuff in the body that work against the stimualnt, stepping on the gas pettle in the mudd ... you need some lubricant.
try B12....5 hour energy or something. Upping the provigil.
hang in there....there's effexor and wellbutrin which go well with low energy.
