I posted last week that I was hearing voices. That psychotic episode lasted about five days. I feel much better today; minimal voices. Drinking alcohol (beer) over the course of 3-4 days precipitated the episode. It happens to me every time -- drink casually for a few days, then hear voices. I've finally learned my lesson. I'm seriously cutting back on alcohol consumption.
I'm experimenting with lithium orotate. I haven't noticed any significant results; maybe a little mood enhancement. What a way to squander $39! Jono was right about the placebo effect.

Good for you and so glad not hearing voices anymore.
So the oratate doesn't work? Phillipa
