Hi,
I'm looking for experiences witn either Bacopa or Mebicar for anxiety.
I've read some information about Bacopa that's its effects are similar to Lorazepam.
But I've also read some opinions that it may increase anxiety in some cases.
Any opinions?Teresa

bacopa was great for my anxiety (esp phsical), but it seemed to make my mood darker over time, like my mind was being controlled.

So You are saying that Bacopa wasn't really effective for depression?
I've read its effects for anxiety are similar to those of Lorazepam.Teresa

Bacopa is the herbal supplement,
and Mebicare is available in Europe.Teresa
