What about combining minocycline with N-acetylcholine (NAC)?

Do you have positive symptoms, or just negative? Invega Sustenna once monthly injections work for me. Very convenient. I don't know why people bother with taking a pill everyday, it's so easy to forget.

Oh, and Vyvanse is beginning Phase III trials for negative symptom predominant schizophrenia soon, but it's already out. The doses Shire is seeking approval for go up to 200mg. But I wouldn't try that until you're on an injection, because there's a risk you might forget your dose of antipsychotic.

How much glycine? You need a lot, like 15-30g.

There's a lot of options, but few things work better than vyvanse.

Seroquel doesn't interact with glycine. You're thinking of clozaril, which has a fatal interaction.

I used NAC once for OCD. I experienced negligible effects.

It's possible, although it's likely a rare side effect you're prone to experiencing if you had it. My source comes from a doc who holds the patent on glycine reuptake inhibitors for schizophrenia, and wrote an article on high-dose glycine for schizophrenia in Medscape. Still, if you say so, I wouldn't take seroquel then.
