Try Ambient Chillout, a variant of ambient. iTunes radio and Pandora have Ambient channels. : )

Calming music and chamomile go well together. Use loose leaf tea (search for teavana and shop there if you can afford it). If you're on a budget, there's some premium tea that's packagef but not too shabby-- yogi brand is good stuff.I like taking a double dose of chamomile in a big mug and sipping it with relaxing ambient chillout music. Especially late in the day or at night to un-wind.
