How does one become patient when they are waiting for news. It's driving me totally nuts. And thought was nuts already. Phillipa

you have to know that its a situation you can't control....if you think about it over and over it won't change it....unless you psychically do something depending what case it is. I know the feeling my thoughts drive me crazy about things that can't be done anything about....i think about my life.....its not fun, you have to know the things that can change and the things that cannot...there are some people who you argue with that will not change, don't waste your time with this. Faith is a good way to keep worry under control.

I have tried hard to be "zen " about what I can 't control with little success...in fact I usually try to exert control where its pointless and screw things up worse. Any insight would be great. Best wishes to all.

Looks like someone needs some acceptance and commitment therapy.
