desipramine dosages

what is the minimal dose someone could take of this drug.
and what is a typical dose?

i'm asking for minimal because i'm already on meds and dont want to get off all of them, but im needing some change.
i'm hoping that a min dosage of this will augment what i'm on.


currently
pristiq
adderall
perphenazine
gabapentin
xanax (been doing this lots these days for sleep)
