Aus Screening 3 Year olds for Psych Problems

Another great move by the honorable field of psychiatry.

Maybe they can drug my 1 year old son because he cries when I put him to bed.

Surely that is some sort of disorder?

Maybe Tripolar Sleep Resistance Syndrome?

I hope they drug their own children.

I'm appalled. Bad enough that teens are being drugged my Grandson years ago was given an ad he didn't need knocked over boxes in a store was taken off. Now almost 22 and has completed two years of college and is perfectly normal continuing on now for a degree involved for 3 years with the same girl. Who also is getting her degree.

If you go back to "old school" put the child to bed, don't let them sleep with you, sit by their bed for a while, reassure them, and then let them battle it out til they fall asleep.

Temper tantrums in my opinion only are the results of partents that just don't ignore the first one and let them continue. Not being consistant in what they allow or don't allow. I do not believe in spanking never did it to mine. For a country that now has no money why? Phillipa

I get annoyed at what children here are allowed to do. All children require different amounts of sleep just as adults also do. Me I need a lot. Phillipa
