In the past Wellbutrin has made me feel manic. But now that I am stable on Trileptal I am wondering if I can get away with taking it?
Mood stabilizers make me feel flat and depressed. But they take care of my anger issues and anxiety.
Now that I am stable on Trileptal I am feeling so depressed and lexapro just made it worse.
I'm hoping that Wellbutrin xl might help perk me up and maybe give me back a sex drive?

Seriously I'd say ask you doc? Since you are stable. What's the does of lexapro? And how high trileptal. Any other meds? Phillipa

300mg Trileptal, 150 Lithium
I was taking half a pill of Lexaprp, then a quarter of a pill.
I actually think the Trileptal is the problem and what is causing the depression.
The lexapro just made me more tired.
I might try the Wellbutrin. My husband thinks I need to stop everything and just use klonopin as needed.

Can you do that? Were you better before you added the other meds. Less is best in my opinion. Phillipa

I don't know. But after trying 75g of Trileptal (less because it makes me depressed now) and the Wellbutrin I took today, I am beginning to think that less IS more.
The Wellbutrin made me so anxious!
