I took Seroquel for depression and it never started working in the first place.
Antidepressant "poop-out" is a very common complaint, and nobody knows why it occurs, or whether the remission attributed to the drug was actually a result of taking the drug or something else, like placebo effect, spontaneous remission or circumstantial changes. It may be that the body, seeking its normal chemical balance, eventually "nullifies" the drug, making it ineffective.

Like the body readjusts it's chemistry as a foreign substance was used. I wonder if almost like the immune system attacks the med? Phillipa

I doubt the Seroquel stopped working. Rather I think your symptoms might have worsened. Do you take any other ADs?

Cee, have not been on invega, so can't help with that. But you're on both invega and seroquel? No wonder you don't feel so great.
Are you trying to stop both of them? Hope you start to feel better.
