Hi,
I'm on mirtazapine for sleep.
I have tried Valdoxan recently, but this medicine is too light.
Does it make sense to add Valdoxan to mirtazapine for better sleep?
How does the chemistry work between these two drugs?
Best regards,
Peter Heuer

You should be okay. Both drugs antagonize 5-HT2c receptors. I don't know if this would be a therapeutic issue though. It shouldn't be at all dangerous. None of the other actions that I am aware of interact in a dangerous or counterproductive way.

Now I have slept on mirtazapine plus Valdoxan.
But Valdoxan is an extremely mild medicine. So I didn't feel anything of this drug.
Tonight I will double the dose of Valdoxan. My combo for sleep will be 45 mg of mirtazapine,
50 mg of Valdoxan and 100 mg of Lyrica.Peter Heuer
