Ativan users, quick survey of how often you dose.
For the past few years, I've typically taken a low dose two to three times daily as most do given Ativan's short half-life and duration of action. In the past year or so though, I've been able to get away with only taking once daily (at bedtime) but sometimes notice the onset of rebound anxiety in the early evenings. The potential ideal schedule for me is to take a micro-dose in early evening to stave off rebound followed by usual dose at bedtime.
Curious to see how many of you get away with once daily dosing versus which of you realize that twice or more daily dosing is mandatory to head off rebound anxiety.
Thanks,
JB
