I remember this was how I felt the first 2 months on cymbalta, very tired. It's not quit as bad as when I was first put on cymbalta but it's close. Gosh am I exhausted. My pain is OK, depression is good, Anxiety is always there below the surface popping through the surface in a regular way, kinda like the change of tides in the ocean

Do you feel 120mg works better than 60mg? 60mg worked for back pain for me Phillipa

60mg pooped out for me and I was emotionally feeling bad and in terrible pain. The 120mg works on my pain far better then the 60mg. I started this drug for anxiety and depression but now I'm using it for pain. I'm finding the higher dose to be a great way to manage cronic pain

Torrid I tried it a second time and couldn't tolerate even 30mg think could have been the new pdoc had then that prescibed it Dose increases were much to fast and feared that so discontinues after a few days. What type of pain do you experience? Still have a full bottle of cymbalta? Phillipa

Phillipa, I was taking for depression/anxiety and when it pooped out I doubled it to avoid depression, then all my cronic muscular skelular pain (including migrains) dropped, I couldn't believe it, so now it's being written by my neurologist who doesn't mind continuing to raise it when I need it.

philipa, have you ever heard of over 120mg a day? I'm all for it, but now I'm on a dose that only she will write.
