Hello,
I'm taking clomipramine 50mg since 2006, does anyone have experience or know about the possible side effects of long term use of clomipramine ?
Thank you

It is working fine, just a bit of constipation and some sleep issues but overall it's good. It's just frustrating to take medication to be able to function normally.

I understand this. There are worse things, of course.
Clomipramine has been around for decades. I don't recall seeing anything remarkable regarding side effects with its long-term use.
What conditions are you treating?
