I may need to have general anesthesia. Does anyone know which anesthesia drugs are safe with MAOIs? I'm taking Parnate.

I've had knee surgery and 9 ECT sessions under general anethesia without a problem. Just talk to the anethesiologist before hand. I think the biggest problem is demerol which anethesiologists sometimes use.
