What causes it? Does anyone know yet? Is permanent damage a possibility?

Google doesn't mention the cause or when it will recover. I was hoping someone on here might know something.
I will look through the archives.

I have looked in the archives. Again, there is very little evidence out there of what the cause is, or if it last days, months or years.

There were some studies that floated around about lingering sexual side effects from SSRIs, but the numbers weren't persuasive. How long has this been going on for you? It may be psychological. You also may intervene with some medication that enhances libido.
