I've seen a few threads on this but not many name brands mentioned that I can use. I want to take a multivitamin but I'm on Nardil. The dietician in the hospital warned me away from vitamins since sometimes the B vitamins come from Brewer's yeast.
Do these look safe? http://www.twinlab.com/product/dualtabs
What about Sublingual B-Total?
Or just ask the pharmacist? Not even sure how much I trust them...
Thank you.

I would check the label for the list of ingredients. I know on the vitamins I take, it specifically says "No Gluten. No Yeast. No Wheat..." etc. If it has yeast in it, it should list it on the ingredients. Or better yet, go for a bottle that specifically says it doesn't contain any yeast.

I'd go with Centrum or One a day, they are made with synthetic vitamins, and would almost certainly be safe.
