I've been taking Saphris for almost 3 months now. It is the only AP I have been able to tolerate, although I am at a low dose. I think it's good if mixed episodes are a problem, that's what I'm taking it for. I haven't gained any weight, although I have not been able to lose the Abilify weight I gained earlier this year. Not sure if Saphris is what's keeping me from losing the weight. I sleep great on it, never wake up in the middle of the night! herpills
