I take 750 mg of seroquel xr for depression anxiety and mood swings . it has helped some what but i think i need to up my dose by another 100 mg has anybody taken that much seroquel xr. doc wants me to try adding invega but i am feeling over welmed

Antipsychotics can help depression and anxiety, but if you go too high on the dose you can end up with drug-induced cognitive and mood problems. Is there anything else you can take, like an antidepressant or an anticonvulsant "mood-stabilizer" (I was thinking lamictal) ?

I agree, you're already on a pretty high dose, I'd be inclined to add an antidepressant (eg Remeron or Effexor) or a mood stabaliser of some sort rather than push the dose of Seroquel higher.
