I found 20mg of zolpidem to be superior over zopiclone and temazepam. It's not enough at 10mg for me, but at 20mg I sleep every night.

I also find that high doses of zolpidem work better than low doses. But you will become tolerant and need even higher doses.

Yes, I use to cycle between zolpidem, zopiclone and temazepam. But when I was using temazepam for sleep a few weeks ago I could hardly feel any effect from it at 30mg, that was a bit strange.

Do you find that you need 20mg to stay asleep? Or do you need that dose specifically to induce sleep?
I'm curious, as my problem with zolpidem is that I wake up as soon as it wears off. Even if I'm still tired, I can't fall back asleep. With 10mg I get maybe 5 hours of sleep, then I'm a tired half-awake zombie for the rest of the day.

This is the end of the thread.
