Tiagabine dosing and cross-taper from klonopin.

I'm writing to see if anyone has expertise or experience in cross-tapering from a benzo to tiagabine?

Also is there anyone who has experience with tiagabine dosing for anxiety. I understand that low doses (in the range of 2 to 5mg a day) are often effective. Can anyone share their experiences?
