I think you should give some consideration that the Abilify might be hurting more than it is helping. I had a conversation about this with my doctor yesterday. He agreed. He has seen this in some of his many patients. I have a friend who was doing fairly well with Seroquel 200-400 mg. However, once Abilify was added, they had to raise the dosage of Seroquel to 900 mg, and she still did not do well. Abilify was then discontinued, and she was able to receive better improvement with the lower dosage again.
I may have already described this to you. I don't remember. Try to remember when your doctors first added Abilify and its relationship in time with reduced efficacy with Seroquel.

I really feel for you because I suffered for 10 years with no relief, (actually although Pdoc was trying to help actually made things worse at times). I finally took control, did my own research, read forums and countless user reviews of medications and found what I thought would be the best fit for me, based on reading user reviews finding people with similar afflications who had failed at the same medications I had failed at. decided on Nardil, doing amazing, have my life back, med is 10 dollars a month. best of luck.

thanks for your input, wow yes 10 years is long time, i know what it is...
but i ve been reading on forums aswell and can be dangerous, like a woman who took lamictal and suffered for 30 years, and the med worked, so i decided to take it, now i am completelly psychotic state witouth anti psychotics
so my suffering has gone from 7 to 14+
way too much a normal person can handle :(

Me too!
I mean, they did the best they could. It's just that they are so undertrained and underskilled to deal with the multitude of causes of the symptoms they attempt to manage. That to me is their downfall...that is, they attempt to manage some symptoms but are clueless as to where the symptoms are coming from and don't even try to look. The things to look for are not rocket science and do not require a specialist. In my case, it was close to 15 doctors and 20 years before a mere nurse finally nailed it correctly. This after losing a portion of my brain to ECT shocks, which with the benefit of hindsight had not the slightest relation to my actual problem and in fact contributed to making it worse.
In their defense I will say that they do the best they can with what they know....it's just that they don't know the right stuff.
