It seems I only find interactions between Parnate and every pain med (stronger than OTC) that I try to take. I have horrible back pain and can barely stand up, but it seems that all the narcotics have interaction warnings. Is anyone aware of a strong pain med that can be taken with Parnate?

You can take opiates on Parnate. Not demerol or tramadol, but oxycodone and hydrocodone are fine.
