I've been on SSRIs and Wellbutrin a lot (off & on) in my past 20 years. I'm on Lamictal and the other stabilizers make me worse. From what I've written in the last 4 years, it seems like it has always been the case even when I was not on meds. I am always in a state of low to high depression, about every few 3-5 days.
I am going to titrate down on my 300mg of Wellbutrin. I have already reduced my Celexa to 10mg. I have not seen any mood improvement on Lamictal (and obvious elimination of cycling). So I'm under the minute hope that mostly, or just, having Lamictal will help. I am guessing it may somewhat improve the cycling, but I may still deal with depression and no motivation. Hopefully a smaller dose or removal of the antidepressants won't just make me more depressed.Any stories? Rapid cycling developing out of now where? Suddenly from a trigger?

Thank Phillipa. He has been really helpful and I appreciate his responses. Valdoxen stopped his rapid cycling. It didn't work for me unfortunately.
