Hi,I am diagnosed with Dysthymia, GAD, SP, Avoidant Personality Disorder and IBS. I agree with the diagnosis. But, I also feel that i have ADHD PI with Sluggish Cognitive Tempo. However no pdoc has diagnosed me with ADHD PI with SCT so far.
I live in my own world. I never pay attention to things around me and I forget and lose things daily. I have always been like that since childhood.
My question is whether these problems can be part of the above disorders i am diagnosed with?
Thanks
Jatin

Well... you could be given every diagnosis in the DSM, but I'm not sure that would be beneficial :)
Perhaps you need a more traditional explanation. I would say you are an introvert. So am I.
I did one of those online psych tests for introversion versus extroversion. It told me what I already knew.

Ed an introvert? I seriously would never have known. I used to be the opposite extrovert but that was when I felt good. PJxx

Well, I am indeed introvert. But, I am probably more then that. Because, When i am walking on the roads, i do not notice at all things going on around me. That is why i have never driven any vehicle. Many a times i have avoided colliding with vehicles because of my persistent thoughts.Jatin

Could you be dissociating? An anxiety disorder maybe?
I have a few of those symptoms and Im starting to see how some problems I have with focus and avoidance come from anxiety.
