I'm on 45mg of it ... and I have to say its very unnoticeable. How does it work for you? I mean does it calm you down ....

RJ I took it so many years ago and they used tiny doses then. I bet you do great on buspar. Good luck!!!! Phillipa

How long have you been on Buspar? I know it can take a few weeks to take hold therapeutically.

It takes a couple of weeks for Buspar to work.
