My oral compulsion are out in force tonight.
It started with teeth clenching. I only became conscious that I was clenching my teeth when I realized how good it made me feel to clench my teeth.
Once aware of the clenching, it migrated to my tongue. I take my tongue and roll it over my lower left teeth. This practice is much more difficult to cease. It's so much more subliminal, and to erase it has been impossible for me.
This never happened before I started Lamictal.
I stay on Lamictal because it works. I do a huge amount of things to mitigate the puffy gums.
I suppose I should be reading about alternatives.
prozac 20 mg
Lithium 1,200 mg
lamictal 200 mg
trazodone 25 mg
This is the end of the thread.
