I was excited when it came out and went on it for a few months. Pdoc said couldn't hurt. But was expensive so had to go off. Are you taking it for low folate or an adjunct to depression? Phillipa

If my memory serves me correctly one person on babble did very well on it. I think a lot of others stopped Phillipa

I got a better result from B-100. Deplin did nothing for the depression. It also did nothing for my folate deficency. I still take the B-100 and find it helps a lot.
