I have schzoaffective and I have low low energy, not feeling tired per se, anhedonia, lethargy, bad cognition and it's driving me nuts.
In the past I 've treid zoloft, celexa, Lexapro and Wellbutrin,
any suggestions?

what other meds are you taking? I have somewhat similar problems (a variant of Bipolar I) and I've found supplements (3 grams no-flush niacin, 3 grams vitamin c, a b-100, 800 IU vitamin E and 200micrograms selenium plus a cheap daily multi-vitamin) to be extremely helpful in dealing with the cognitive aspect of my problems. I take 30mgs of Abilify for my problems.

Zoloft + Nortriptyline would give you the serotonin and norepinephrine boost with possibly a little dopamine if taking over 100mg Zoloft.

Anyone out there that has schizo-affective and has any ideas for treating negative symptoms and depression?
