Dx: MDD, anxiety (somehow started along with Modafinil use)
Modafinil with Benzo - prefereably Ativan(Lorazepam)?
Does the nervousness experiences in first few days of Modafinil finally go away?This nervousness is not anxiety, its more of a fumbling feeling, which at times make me feel dissociated - when I would suddenly ctach myself observing my own thoughts..... only subtly.... but then the anxiety can be a real starter for a whole bevy of problems.
What would be the pros and cons of using a benzo with modafinil, I am on a 2 week modafinil prescription, have been taking ativan 0.5mg as required since past 3 months(which is more or less every other day).
Other meds: Milnacipran 25mg once daily at night.

I take modafinil with clonazepam. Yes I have noticed the nervousness and also headache. The downside with benzos is that they are harder to come off, but otoh their s/e profile is much better.
