HUGE difference. On the SR I would get all jittery and anxious. On the XR I was fine. Of note, I also had horrible jittery and anxious symptoms on the generic wellburtin xr as well. Brand name Wellburtin XR may be one of my favorite drugs, but any other variation of wellburtin is hell for me.

How could there be such a difference in the two I took wellbutrin once but no idea which one it was but it made me appear manic to the pdoc and ended in hospital for a week. Were they both available about l0 years ago? As that is the one I would have taken. Another where the generic isn't right. Phillipa ps wait till all our meds are generic soon to come.
