Parnate 100mg
ativan 0.5-2prn
restoril 30hs

OK so like. I know she wants to put me on a MS which is cool.

My "nonos": ANY antipsychotic except, perhaps, abilify

Any drug that has a reputation for throwing someone into a vegetetable, who cares state, or back into depression...

Any drug that clearly erases any AD effect.

Topamax off limits do not want to become stupid.

I'm thinkin':

Lamictal
Lithium Carb
Trileptal (Tegetrol is C/I with MAOIS)
Depakote
... and Abilify as a last option. THOUGHTS GUYS!!!

mainly because its pretty easy to tolerate and might boost the AD effects of the parnate while also smoothing out your mood (I think higher dose are anti-manic, not sure though).

Even I tolerated trileptal as add on for depression at tiny doses Phillipa

Hey z,

I knew you were off on a parnate binge. That was fast getting to 100mg. Glad you're getting on a mood stabilizer. I may be too late but:

Small dose Geodon (1st choice)
Small dose abilify
Depakote

Stop any stims until mood stabilizes.

Thats all I can think of that I have experience with. Good luck!
