I am on three medications:
Lamictal
Zoloft
AbilifyI am constantly sleepy and tired. Exercise and caffeine don't seem to help. Does anyone have an idea which one could be causing this?

When you're on a mix of meds ("polypharmacy," as the pros would say), its hard to say with certainty "oh, yeah, this 1 med is most definitely the problem here," especially when the problem is fatigue with 3 mostly non-sedating medications.
Zoloft can raise abilify levels, so you might want to see if a dosage reduction helps. Low dose abilify tends to be more stimulating; my experience on higher dose abilify as a monotherapy is that it can be sedating at first, but that wears off.
Zoloft and other more "calming" ssri drugs can make you somewhat fatigued. Long-term use can even lead to ssri-induced apathy and fatigue. You could cut the zoloft, reduce the dose, or add something...wellbutrin, a stimulant, a dopamine agonist.

Have taken zoloft and lamictal not abilify. Which is the last med you added? Phillipa

Zoloft and Abilify both made me very tired (I took them at different times) Lamictal didn't cause any fatigue for me.

Zoloft always made me feel alive and gave me energy, but that's just me. I've heard other people wanted to sleep all day on it. What dose of Zoloft are you on? What dose of Abilify?
Did the fatigue start before adding Abilify?
