I think there is a correlation with my headaches causing/being related to a worsened mood. Has anyone else experienced that?

Absolutely! This has been a daily battle for me for months now. When my head hurts all I want to do is lay in bed and I also ruminate about how poor my health is and how angry I am for letting myself get so out of shape. I think a lot of my problem has to do with blood sugar. The only thing that helps is strong coffee and hot showers.

Most definately. I have chronic headaches, on and off, when it gets bad I can't think about anything else but stopping the pain. Yes, I would call it "a worsened mood" (and then some).
