Hi Everyone,
I'm currently on Effexor XR 300mg daily. It has really helped my motivation a lot and I can socialize a lot more. I still struggle with fatigue and brain fog, especially in the morning. I've noticed in the last month that I'm very restless at night while I sleep. I'll be all over the bed, it seems like I wake up a lot, and my temperature fluctuates a lot. I went on Remeron hoping that it'd help regulate my sleep and augment the Effexor, but it ended up making me drowsy and foggy during the day. Is there something I can take that will let me sleep through the night, but not mess up my sleep cycle? If anything, I'd like something that regulates it better. Thanks!

Rozerem (ramelteon) doesn't seem to be used that often, but I imagine it would have a positive effect on circadian rhythms.

Believe it or not since you're doing so well on effexor at a high dose to me I'd think rozeram also might help. Seems I'm the only one remeron didn't make sleepy even with choral hydrate and benzos. I must have something off. You're lucky meds work as they should on you. Phillipa
