Whats wrong with me?

I feel like i am finally at the end of my rope, and can't think of what will happen next.

I am in a realtionship i can't get out of at this time due to physical problems and having a special needs child.

my physical symptoms include:

Fatigue
pain in neck, back and knees
Numbness in hands and feet

on top of that i have plantar fasciitis. I can't afford foot surgery, and have been to several specialist about the neurapathy and had many tests, and everything major is ruled out.. Finished a series of B12 shots because i was "borderline low" in b12 but no improvement after three months. :(

I would be gone but have a daughter who really needs me, but no help to her now. I have no family to help me and my therapist is frustrated and now on vacation for three weeks... :( Just tired and wondering if anyone has heard or had any of these Sx.

When you say ruled out you mean physical problems. No fibromyalgia or thyroid, diabetes problems. Currently taking any meds? Sounds like a terrible situation I do feel for you. Phillipa
