I am having a hard time getting an erection on Nardil, i've been on 75 mg almost two months now and when I do have an erection, I can never finish. Is this going to take months for my body to adadpt to these side effects?

I've also noticed during sex for some reason on this medication, I get EXTREMELY bad headaches, anyone else have this problem?

In my experience, I can say yes, it will take a few more months for your thing to get it's groove back and it might not be 100%, but maybe 97% at most. Regarding the headaches, Nardil causes so many bizarre side effects I wouldn't be surprised if this medication is the culprit. I did not have this side effect, though.

Ditto on what atypical said. I was recently at 60mg and could still function. Never had problems "getting it up" but at 75mg, anorgasmia set in. It always has initially, and after a few months, your ability to orgasm will return. It's a good indication that you are at a pretty effective dosage, I think.
Never had headaches, either. But I would imagine that they will subside in time, aswell. The SEs kind of randomly come and go, then eventually disappear. Give it another month or two.
Only SE that seemed lingering was insomnia and some weight gain. Lowering the dosage solved the former, and watching food intake/exercise helps w/ later. Even sweet carb cravings subsided.

I've been on 90mg for quite a few months now (6 perhaps) and only in the last 2 months have I been able to "finish" as you put it and even then it's about 50-50. It's pretty frustrating but my libido is so low anyway, this SE is pretty much bottom of the list of annoyances. Weight gain, carb craves, lack of muscular power when exercising, insomnia, daytime somnolence are far more of an issue for me.
