I've wondered the same thing. I am not sure. I don't recall coming across anyone who has tried it. My concern lies with the NE alpha2 antagonism. Would it trigger a hypertensive reaction? It might in at least a few people who experience high blood pressure with Remeron alone.

Yeah, my doc mentioned this combo at one time then backed off it once Stanford nixed it. I'm trying to talk her back into it again. I'm just desperate for something that might work.

I completely understand. I once took it upon myself to add Effexor to Parnate. I suffered an episode of serotonin syndrome. Dangerous.
