After being up all night trying to get an erection. I even tried Viagra. Nothing! I'm giving up on Emsam. A week ago, we had sex daily, without Viagra. Now on the 6mg Emsam patch, no morning erection. Nothing!

I"m jealous you're "gettin it" so frequently. If only. How long have you had Emsam? Is it helping your mental condition (depression?) yet or not?
If you've only been on it for a short time, I really would suggest being patient because the sexual side effects could diminish. Upon starting Nardil, my libido disappeared. But then it returned. Granted, I am not able to feel the 100% full glory, but I can take care of business. At that point Viagra can be a good supplement to close the gap.
Be well.

The real question is how are you doing on this drug? Do you feel better? Do you see some improvement?
You know, you're going to have sexual problems with the vast majority of pschiatric drugs.
