Does anyone know why I would be getting leg cramps from Lithium? Is my dose too high? Is this just a side effect from Lithium ?

Sheila,
This could be from the lithium
We all, every now and then, experience very light toxicity from sweating too much, not enough salt in our diet, and (what always gets me) inconsistent times of day when we take the pills.
The first step to take is to have a glass of V8 or Tomato juice (very high in sodium and potassium) and then call your doctor. She may be increasing your dose too quickly.

Try magnesium supplements. They relax muscles and make you feel more chill.
