Zonegran for moodstabilizer?

Does anyone use Zonegran as their mood stabilizer? I've heard of people using Topamax, but what about Zonegran?

How high of a dose would be needed for mood stabilization? 100mg ? 200mg?

Also - what about the half-life of Zonegran? For mood stabilization, would it last a full 24 hours?
