Lo babblers,
I'd like to know if (any of) Provigil's effects are cumulative i.e. would it perform differently (hopefully more powerfully) if I took it every day, rather than ad-hoc. My PDoc told me that it does not have a cumulative effect but confusingly prescribed me a daily dose.I am finding Provigil to have a very subtle effect on me so far, even at 200mg. It could even be placebo since I don't "feel" anything concrete, including side-effects.
Many thanks,
Pete

hmmm interesting. I wonder what the logic behind that is, excepting results-based reasoning.

Since you haven't received replies try googling providgil on this site. Phillipa

I don't think it's cumulative. Maybe the reverse.
I took it as needed at first, but every day now. And heaven help me if I forget, because I'll be asleep in my soup by midday even if I do manage to wake up. I think I've grown dependent on them.

Hi Dinah,
do you notice any effects other than the wakefulness? Do you find it overall a very subtle med?

Just the wakefulness. That's why I like it. I have a tendency to anxiety, and don't want to feel wound up or jittery.

Dinah you have anxiety? And it doesn't cause "coffee jitter"? That's good to know. Phillipa
