Hi, Id like if anyone has got some infos about this combo, im taking 100 mgs of Solian in the morning plus 5 mgs of zyprexa in the evening. I think the 2 medicinnes complete themselves in re-equilibrating my dopaminergic system but I dont know because If i take the Zyprexa alone im too zombie-like all day and self trying to reintroduce Solian in the morning until the next pdoc visit seems to work for me, I feel less sedated.
Thx for your inputLuke from italy

A lot of people here have tried low-dose sulpiride/amisulpiride for dysthemia. I think that at dose the amisulpiride acts as a D2 agonist, so that stimulation is what you may be feeling. I don't know much about combining 2 APs though, except that the risk of EPS is higher. But 100mg of amisulpiride is a low dose. Give it a try and let us know how it goes. Good luck.

I have tried the combo, olanzapine and solian. I couldn't wake up in the morning, because i was so tired.
There could be an interaction, where solian makes the sedative effect of olanzapine stronger. So if you sleep until 1:00 pm in the afternoon you will know why.
